Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms. Keep your sign-in details safe; you’re responsible for what happens in your account. One account per person.

Cherrypick builds a Profile from your resume, tailors resumes to jobs, fills job applications in your browser, tracks your applications, and with Autopilot finds new jobs and fills (and, if you choose, submits) applications for you. Features can change as we improve them. Autopilot is a beta: it may not always work as described.

You own your resume, Profile and everything you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Cherrypick for you (including sending it to the AI and service providers in our Privacy Policy).

You’re responsible for what goes to employers. Your Profile must be truthful. Tailored resumes, written answers, cover letters and email drafts are written by AI from your Profile and the job posting; they can contain mistakes, so check them. With Semi Autopilot and the extension, nothing is sent until you click Submit. With Complete Autopilot you authorize us to submit applications on your behalf, using your Profile, your answers and the settings you chose, and you’re responsible for those applications as if you had sent them yourself.

Applications go to employers’ own application sites, which have their own terms. You’re responsible for following them; some sites block automated filling, and we may not be able to fill or submit every application. Job listings in Jobs come from public company job boards; they may be inaccurate, out of date or closed, and listing a job doesn’t mean we or the employer endorse it. Using Gmail with Cherrypick is also subject to Google’s terms. We don’t promise interviews or job offers.

• Free includes 10 tailored resumes a week (any 7 days), autofill and application tracking.
• Cherrypick+ adds unlimited tailored resumes, AI-written answers and cover letters, and Autopilot for 10 new jobs a day. It's sold for a week, a month or 3 months, and renews automatically at the same length and price until you cancel.
• "Unlimited" is subject to fair use: up to 100 tailored resumes a day, and reasonable limits on other AI features, so the service stays fast and affordable for everyone.
• Prices, billing periods and renewal are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Unless the law says otherwise, payments aren't refundable, but you can cancel a renewing plan at any time and keep it until the end of the period.

Don’t:

• misrepresent yourself to employers or apply in someone else's name;
• create extra accounts to get more free credits, or share an account;
• overload, attack, scrape or reverse engineer Cherrypick, or get around its limits;
• use it to spam employers or for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

You can delete your account at any time from your Account page; that deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may stop offering Cherrypick; if we do, we’ll give you reasonable notice to download your data.

Cherrypick is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output is accurate. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as a missed job or lost opportunity), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. You agree to cover claims against us that arise from content you submitted or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where the operator is based. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you before it takes effect; using Cherrypick afterward means you accept the new terms.
